Arhaus, a luxury home-furnishings chain, is opening a store at Suburban Square in Ardmore in fall 2026.
The store will occupy 71 St. James Place, next to Alo and across from West Elm, as first reported by WhatNow Philadelphia. The Suburban Square website lists the location's status as "Coming Soon." The company's own store directory does not yet include the Ardmore address.
The Ardmore location will be Arhaus's third in the Philadelphia area, joining stores in King of Prussia and Marlton, N.J., according to a May 15 Philadelphia Inquirer report on new Suburban Square tenants. Co-founded by John Reed and his father in 1986, the company sells furniture and décor it describes as sustainably sourced.
Arhaus joins a string of national brands that have landed at the Kimco Realty-owned shopping center in 2026. Patagonia, PopUp Bagels and New Balance all opened earlier this year, and Swiss sportswear brand On and workout studio Barry's are also planned, according to the Inquirer.
An opening date for Arhaus has not been set. Residents can check the Suburban Square website for updates.
