Merion Fire Company of Ardmore's Ladder 25 responded to a reported restaurant fire at 800 Spring Mill Ave. in Conshohocken at 2:34 a.m. Friday, according to an incident alert posted on the company's official website on Monday.
The post, authored by Graham Fuller, did not confirm the fire's cause, extent of damage or whether the building was occupied. No injuries were reported.
The Conshohocken call was Station 25's third mutual aid response in under two weeks. On Saturday, July 5, the company assisted at a working house fire on Westwood Lane in Wynnewood alongside five other Lower Merion and Delaware County stations. On Friday, July 4, Station 25 responded on a second alarm to a house fire on Heather Lane in Bryn Mawr, working with Bryn Mawr and Radnor fire companies.
The Merion Fire Company of Ardmore is one of seven independent volunteer fire companies that make up the Lower Merion Fire Department, collectively serving nearly 70,000 residents across more than 25 square miles.
